PinPoint Digitizer

Introduction

PinPoint Digitizer is an open-source, cross platform desktop application for extracting data from images of plots. Often times, plots are published without the underlying raw data being provided. The raw data may be of interest when a scientist, engineer, etc. would like to use the data for various reasons including model validation, meta-analyses, or informing initial estimates for a model. PinPoint Digitizer aims to streamline the process of extracting data from multiple images, multiple plots in an image, and organize it in such a way to be readily analyzed/plotted post-extraction. It is rich in both user interface and workflow features and its accuracy is highly reliable.

PinPoint Digitizer currently supports 2 dimensional X-Y plots, although more plot types will be added in the future.
